stake delegation: An ADA owner use a wallet software to access his own funds, and delegate it to a registered stake pool
=> not ready yet. available for testing puproses with test ADA in the second half of testnet

staking pools: everyone interested in running a full node as a permanent 24x7 service can start looking into a first MVP (minimum viable product) since June 2019.
In testnet era only possible with free test-ADAs, and not real rewards for both the operator and the delegates

registrations:
everyone can sign a online form to show his interest in testnet activity
pool operators can register their pool in phase 2 of testnet and ofc also mainnet This makes the pool appear in the wallets as destination for user delegations.

I guess we can expect all ADA wallets will support delegations, as it is a key function to earn rewards.

-> 아직 준비가 안됨. testnet의 하반기에 테스트용 ADA로 테스트할 수 있음

스테이크풀 : 영구적인 24시간 서비스로 풀노드를 운영하는 데 관심이 있는 모든 사람은 2019 년 6월부터 최초의 MVP (최소 실행 가능 제품)를 알아볼 수 있음
testnet 기간에는 무료 테스트용 ADA만 가능하며 운영자와 위임자 모두에게 실질적인 보상은 없음.

등록 :
모든 사람들이 온라인 양식에 서명하여 testnet 활동에 관심을 보일 수 있다.
풀 운영자는 testnet 및 mainnet의 2단계에 풀을 등록할 수 있다. 그러면 풀이 사용자 위임의 대상으로 지갑에 표시된다.

보상을 얻는 주요 기능이기 때문에 모든 ADA 지갑이 위임을 지원할 것으로 기대한다.
